The central bureau of statistic (department of trade & prices) issues monthly Consumer price index which gives total form about the development of goods prices & consuming services by the Syrian families.
The function of Consumer price index is to compare the relative change in the paid price for buying the consuming product among the kinds of goods & services from month to another or from year to another ,
And that's helps to analyses the economic performance through inflation measuring on families and individual living level & other social and economic indicators.
